Pecorino, yes it’s a cheese but it is also where the grape gets it’s name from because the goats who’s cheese it is, come down from the mountains and eat the blooming grapes! It's bright yellow colouring is a prelude to rich nuances that hit the nose with hints of exotic fruit and soft spicy notes. On the palate the Pecorino is a complex and flavourful wine, with good acidity and mineral notes, perfect to accompany fish dishes and white meats.
